This is the second season of the anime based on Manta Aisora and Koin's horror spoof light novel series, Haiyore! Nyaruko-san. Just from the quick look of things, I have to say that it definitely looks like they've kept things up to par with the previous season. (I'm working on that review at the moment as well.)
With Nyaruko-san W, they're adding the voice talents of horror star Ryōka Yuzuki (Ino from Naruto and Cattleya from Queen's Blade) into the mix as Kūko's step-sister Kuune.
The show premiers Sunday, April 7th, 2013 on TVTokyo at 1:05.
Definitely should be an interesting one, looking forward to seeing where things go as we just did a marathon of the past season(s) here.
