The first PV for the anime adaptation of Keiji Nashima's Namiuchigiwa no Muromi-san (Miss Muromi on the Beach) has been unleashed unto the world. This series is one that myself and +Carrie H.C. have been looking forward to this spring, since the concept sounds amusing as hell.
Who doesn't like the idea of an alcoholic mermaid (who doesn't realize that she is a mermaid at first either) that causes chaos? That's what I thought...no one.
Takurō Mukōjima is the poor angler boy that keeps accidentally fishing up Muromi-san, problem is? She's not alone, her friends are just as insane and random as she is. That poor kid (not to mention the rest of the town). Sure we can already see what's coming from a mile away, but as the saying goes "It's not what happens, but how it happens".
