[Haunts] Great Horror Campout Tickets Go On Sale!

Just yesterday, the folks behind the Great Horror Campout announced that tickets for this year's event were finally on sale. However, don't worry if you're not near Los Angeles this time around, this terror train is going on the road for 2014!

Hitting up Los Angeles, Houston, Austin, San Fransisco, Sacramento, Seattle, Portland and San Diego, there's plenty of fear to go around. However, if you're on the East Coast, still out of luck on this one.

Tickets run $223 (for a 2 person tent), $159 for a spot in a 4 person and also the "Chicken Zone". Prices for all other cities run $203 (2 person tent) and $139 for the other two respectively.

So, just when can you expect this overnight trip into hell to show up in one of the cities listed above? Look no further, here's the list:

• 6/6-6/7: Los Angeles
• 6/20-6/21: Houston
• 6/27-6/28: Austin
• 7/11-7/12: San Fransisco
• 7/18-7/19: Sacramento
• 7/25-7/26: Seattle
• 8/1-8/2: Portland
• 8/15-8/16: San Diego

Tickets are on sale for both nights at every city save for Portland and San Diego, those will be available soon. That said, only a couple of weeks until the Los Angeles event, so if you're planning on going, definitely want to kick it up a notch! Not sure what this is all about? Along with the dates, cities and ticket prices, the folks behind the Great Horror Campout have unveiled the details about what becoming a Hellmaster entails. So, straight from the decapitated head's mouth, here's what it's all about:

The Ultimate in prestige, the ultimate prize, The status all Campers seek but only few will achieve. Upon being crowned a Hellmaster, you will receive a sash and an official patch that you will affix to the sash.  When wearing that sash at future Campout, you will have access to VIP lounge areas, first access to purchase tents, access to VIP tents that include more amenities, and much more. Each patch with state the city and year in which you became a Hellmaster making the most ambitious campers thirsty to conquer the other cities.  The more patches you earn, the more prestigious you will become in the network of Hellmasters.
