Both parks will be getting the scare zone treatment for the property and it's nice to see that Orlando is included in things this year. Last year The Purge was featured as the opening scare zone for Universal Hollywood.
That said, things are feeling very 2013 here with all this. The Purge and Walking Dead were featured in Hollywood and while Orlando only had The Walking dead, it's hard not to feel like they're just grinding gears here.
That said, it was hugely popular last year and the opening run each night was great to see. I'm very curious to see just how they ramp things up for this one and hopefully they can capture the insanity that the just released sequel gave everyone. Interestingly enough, it sounds like the motorcycles will be back at Universal Orlando as well as take over the entire "New York Backlot" area of the park, giving guests the chance to battle the flood that is The Purge first hand.
