Anime North has just announced that they will be screening the Oscar Nominated animated film by Studio Ghibli, The Tale of Princess Kaguya at this year's event. Definitely something that those who haven't seen the film and are fans of Ghibli will want to check out for sure. Right now the times for the screenings haven't been announced, but once the schedule is released, I'll have that info to update things here.

Legendary Studio Ghibli cofounder Isao Takahata (Grave of the Fireflies, Pom Poko) revisits Japan’s most famous folktale in this gorgeous, hand drawn masterwork, decades in the making.
