Well, after a few days of silence, things are finally back on track with the coverage of Anthrocon 2016! Yep, that's right, going to be a weekend full of a ton of pictures and other stuff as I get them sorted and uploaded. That said, and as promised, the first on the list are the photos from this year's fursuit parade.
As per the usual, I ended up taking a metric ton of photos from this year's parade. I didn't think it was possible, but it ended up being nearly double what was captured last year. Sadly, video of the parade this year just didn't work out. However, several people have done that for all of us this year, and here's one of 'em from Wildbilltexas right across where I was taking photos from, weird that!
Yes, that really is over an hour long, and with 2100 fursuiters. Yes, you read that right, 2100, it definitely takes quite a bit of time to get everyone through!
Like last year, I've decided that I'm just going to do a couple of highlight posts of my favorite shots and then link to the full gallery on Flickr here as well. That said, I only have 300 pictures out of nearly 1600 processed so far. What does that mean? Going to have to stay tuned for updates, and I'll make sure to do that here and other places so you know when new stuff is added. Hopefully it'll all be up by the end of the weekend, but we'll see how that goes.

Overall, loved the parade this year, and once again it was great to see the turnout from the thousands of people of Pittsburgh (and beyond), to witness the spectacle. So, without further ado...let's get to some of the highlights of the first batch of 300!
